A new leak of emails from the Democratic National Committee includes one in which communications personnel share their considerable fury over a reporter’s question about Bill Clinton’s sexual misconduct.
In May, Fred Lucas, a freelance reporter who said he was working for FoxNews.com, emailed the DNC press office with a question. Donald Trump had called Hillary Clinton an enabler of Bill Clinton’s alleged misconduct with women, and Lucas wanted to know what the Committee thought of the attack strategy.
“Is there a Fuck You emoji?” Luis Miranda, communications director for the DNC, wrote in an email to his colleagues.
Rachel Palermo, DNC press assistant, replied: “hahahahahahahaha.”
Mark Paustenbach, national press secretary and deputy communications director, wrote: “We’re not responding at all.”
Lucas’s question came in response to comments Trump made about Bill and Hillary Clinton on Fox News. “She’s not a victim. She was an enabler,” Trump said. “She worked with him. She was – some of the women have been totally destroyed. Some of these women have been destroyed. And Hillary worked with him.”
Three days after his first email, Lucas emailed the DNC again. He wrote: “I hoped the DNC could weigh in on the appropriateness of Trump attacking along these lines? I would really appreciate any response you have. Thanks very much.”
Palermo emailed Miranda and Paustenbach: “The asshole from fox emailed us again. I did some research and there’s still no ‘fuck you’ emoji, unfortunately.”
The DNC declined to comment.

The DNC is clueless, as usual. My favorite emoji is not supported by The Intercept, but is on all major platforms. This show of astounding ignorance leads me to question some of the DNC’s recent decisions. Perhaps deep-sixing Bernie Sanders campaign was not a good strategy, since it might raise questions about the DNC’s neutrality.
Hopefully the DNC has arranged for some suitable distractions at their convention. Look for Hillary Clinton to plagiarize Barack Obama’s convention speech from eight years ago.
CNN: DWS has been deleted from the speaking schedule. That’s right, the chair of the Democratic National Committee is being denied a spot at the 2016 Democrtatic party convention podium except to gavel in/gavel out, which it is speculated will likely happen in the middle of the night with no prior notice and when the brocialists are presumably all asleep.

Well, Clintonites don’t just want the “fuck you” emoji for Fox Noise Channel; they went out of their way to utter the phrase in selecting right-wing extremist and Wall Street whore Tim Kaine as Hillary’s running mate, sending the final signal that Clinton is (over)confident she doesn’t need Sanders supporters to win in November as she fully intends to court disaffected Republicans who don’t like Trump. If there is any clearer message that it’s time for what’s left of the left wing in the Democrat Party to walk away and join up with the Greens, this is it. Clinton is hell bent on purging the party of the last vestiges of illusion that it is anything more than another tool of Wall Street.
