Charlotte Greensit is Managing Editor of The Intercept.
She began her career as a reporter in Time magazine’s London bureau, rising to the position of Senior Editor responsible for all of Time’s editorial logistics for Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the South Pacific. In addition to managing the daily news cycle and weekly publication for all international editions, she also oversaw some of Time’s highest profile special projects. In 2009, she moved to New York to work on both the international and the U.S. editions of the magazine before editing several books for Time Inc.’s publishing division.
Prior to her arrival at The Intercept, Greensit co-founded a media consultancy focusing on digital strategy and content development in San Francisco.
A native of Yorkshire, England, Greensit graduated with a B.A. in Politics from Newcastle University.
