
Chelsea Matiash is a Brooklyn-based journalist who has primarily focused on impactful visual storytelling for digital platforms. Previously, she was the deputy multimedia editor at TIME magazine, where she edited politics and national news while overseeing TIME.com’s photo and multimedia team; and prior to that she was a photo editor at the Wall Street Journal and the Associated Press. Chelsea currently serves on the executive board of the National Press Photographers Association and volunteers with photography organizations including the Eddie Adams Workshop. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, where she was editor in chief of the Miami Hurricane.
