(S) In this position, you would be responsible for: performing analysis of C4I-related networks
(this type of tailored analysis will require a SIGINT Development technical background) to assist
in determining the function of communications networks and how they operate; working with
NIMA analysts to define the purpose and function of items found in imagey; and mentoring NIMA
analysts on the capabilities of the SIGINT system and the types of questions they should be
asking while learning more about imagery and its possibilities to augment SIGINT. You will be
directly integrated into the analytical workflow of the Information Operations workcenters as
part of NIMA's analytic team and partner on the publication of any product that you participate
in developing.
DUTY SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, AWS
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: (S) Applicants should have previous experience in SIGINT
Support to Information Operations and/or a strong Signals Research/Target Development
background in analyzing technical aspects of communications systems to include microwave,
SATCOM, VHF, coaxial cable, Internet points-of presence, and fiber-optic lines. Previous
collection and/or tasking experience would be valuable. Strong written and verbal
communication skills are critical.
