by the DCI's China Hard Target Executive Board and hosted by NSA's China/Korea Product Line.
A panel discussion on "China Rising: Implications of Military Modernization" will be held on
Friday, 14 November 2003, from 1300-1500 hours in the R&E; Symposium Center in
the Research and Engineering Building. The speakers at this session will be:
