Meyer NSA/CSS Senior Language Authority Run Date: 12/02/2003 (U//FOUO) The Director, NSA/CSS invites nominations for the prestigious Keystone Language Award. This honorary award seeks to recognize and thus encourage the best efforts among NSA/CSS military and civilian language analysts and is granted to individuals in recognition of the highest technical and operational productivity in the field of language. It is given twice a year to an elite few. (U//FOUO) Supervisors are asked to consider the most creative, innovative, and highly productive language analysts in their organizations for the Keystone. The achievements of nominees during the last 12 to 18 months should have added to the general store of knowledge or led to a specific breakthrough. For specific submission criteria and suggestions see guidelines at: KEYSTONE . (U//FOUO) Nominations should be in memorandum form addressed to the Language Analysis Keystone Language Award Panel, through appropriate administrative channels within the individual's assigned organization.
