Joint Management Review (JMR) DIRNSA holds each year with GCHQ's senior leadership.
Fourteen NSA personnel--including DIRNSA, the Deputy Director, IAD Director Dan Wolf, Senior
Acquisition Executive
, Foreign Affairs Director
, and the SID Deputy
Directors for Customer Relationships, Analysis & Production, and Data Acquisition--will hold
high-level management discussions with their GCHQ counterparts.
(S//SI) MG Quirk and his GCHQ counterpart, Mr. Gerald Wynn, will brief the results of a joint
"SIGINT Audit" (performed to baseline areas of collaboration that need additional senior
management attention) and the implementation of Transformation 2.0 and GCHQ's counterpart
SIGINT Modernization Program in the respective SIGINT Operations Directorates. Following the
JMR, MG Quirk will escort GCHQ Director, Dr. David Pepper, as he tours the Gordon RSOC on
Thursday and Field Station Denver on Friday.
