, USAF will replace
as the new
Collection/ELINT SEA for SID, effective 2 February. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge
(22 yrs of service) as a multi-mode collector and supervisor at seven unique collection
sites/RSOCs worldwide, to include NSA's Fort Meade Station (now Meade Operations Center).
(U//FOUO) Additionally, he has been a National Cryptologic School instructor and course
manager, flown on three different RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft, graduated from both the
Middle Enlisted Cryptologic Career Advancement Program at NSA and recently, the Joint Military
Intelligence College at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington D.C.

has served as the SID
Collection Senior Enlisted Advisor since 2001, and plans to pass on his knowledge to the newly
appointed SEA.
will be finishing his term here at NSA with a retirement ceremony
