(U//FOUO) The NSA/CSS Senior Intelligence Authority (SIA) and the Intelligence Analysis Skill
Community (IASC) Director cordially invite all NSA/CSS Intelligence Analysts to an IA Town
Meeting on Friday, 27 February, in the Friedman Auditorium . We'll start at 0900 and will
run till 1200 . The first two hours will consist of briefings:
(U//FOUO) IASC Director
will brief on the new IA Professional Health Program;
(U//FOUO)
, SIA Project Leader for IA Readiness Issues, will provide a State-ofthe-Community briefing, with a snapshot of the IA workforce demographics and of the activities
under way to measure and improve technical health and readiness;
(U//FOUO)
, Chief of the National Cryptologic School's Technical Analysis and
Cryptologic Reporting Department, will talk about where we're going with the IA training
curriculum;
(U//FOUO) Brian Biesecker, Technical Director of the Geospatial Exploitation Product Line -who was just named to lead DDAP's effort to accelerate the implementation of transformational
analytic tools -- will brief on that effort; and
(U//FOUO) Deborah Maklowski, SIA, will provide an overview of NSA's plan to develop a
proficiency assessment tool and mission/skills matrix for the IA Skill Community in fulfillment of
Goal 3.6 of the Director's 2004-2009 Strategic Plan.
(U) We will have 5 minutes of Q&A after each briefing before moving on to the next one, and the
hour from 1100 to 1200 will be reserved for Q&A, as well. So bring paper and pencil along to
keep track of your questions, in case you need to wait until the end. The IA Town Meeting will be
broadcast live via NEWSMAGAZINE on Channel 16 at the Ft. Meade Complex and on Channel 23
at FANX. It will also be broadcast via GIGSTER to the Field.
