(U//FOUO) Posters, the color of money, will be popping up around the complex shortly. The
reason? - to announce Global Economic Security Day on 2 April 2004.
(U//FOUO) This will be the second in a series of outreach and networking events put on by the
SIGINT Directorate Customer Gateway and the first national economics forum of its kind to bring
together policy makers and intelligence managers and analysts from across the U.S. Economics
and Intelligence Communities. Its purpose: to exchange ideas and promote interagency
understanding and enhanced networking across the Economics Community and the intelligence
ranks and to ultimately strengthen economic security here and around the globe.
(U//FOUO) " Partnering to Achieve U.S. and Global Economic Security: The Role of Intelligence "
is the theme of next month's event and it is open to all blue badge employees who work
economics-related issues. There will be a morning plenary session with individual presentations
and a high-level customer forum. The afternoon offers a broad menu of breakout sessions on a
variety of topics and targets.
