(U//FOUO) On Friday 26 March, the Overhead Collection Management Center (OCMC) celebrated
twenty years of dedicated service to the nation and the Intelligence Community by hosting a
symposium and open house. The 20th anniversary symposium began with a keynote address by
DIRNSA on current thoughts and trends in transformation strategy.
(U//FOUO) The keynote was followed by a distinguished panel discussion on the future of SIGINT
collection and a panel of former OCMC leadership, which focused on OCMC history. The day's
20th anniversary events concluded with an open house in the OCMC's current spaces. The Open
House featured historical displays and briefings by OCMC personnel.
