(U//FOUO) ... A sample of the feedback from attendees at the SIGINT Development Conference
organized by SIGDEV Strategy & Governance (SSG) and held at NSAW from 21 to 25 June
2004, which points to the success of this annual event that continues to attract record numbers
of delegates from around the world. The 28 volunteers, predominantly from S2, manning the

also attracted sizeable numbers from:
the Second Parties,
the Extended Enterprise,
other Agencies including DIA, CIA, National Reconnaissance Office, National Ground
Intelligence Center, Joint Spectrum Center and National Air & Space Intelligence Center,
US Military Units, and
External Contractors.
Outside of SID there were representatives from, among others,
Security Tools Technology Center,
Information Operations Technology Center,
Unified Cryptologic Architecture Office,
Special Collection Service,
End-User Products & Technology Office,
Special Operations and Strategic Engineering Office,
National Security Operations Center, and the
Research Associate Directorate.

workshops, demonstrations, tours and training sessions provided by 98 individuals representing
SSG and the 3 SIGDEV Centers (Network Analysis Center, Target Analysis Center and Target
Technology Trends Center), S01, S2, S3, DB, R, GCHQ, CSE, DSD, GCSB, NGA, NGIC and US
