(U//FOUO) Significant changes have been announced to SID leadership in recent days. Last
Wednesday, Jim Allen, SID's Deputy Director for Analysis & Production (S2) announced that he
would resign from the Agency to pursue opportunities in the private sector. On Friday, 3
September, the Director approved the assignment of Carl Johnson (formerly Assistant Deputy
Director for Customer Relationships - S1) to fill that position in S2. Other changes have taken
place in SID leadership, as well. Here is a summary of the new assignments:

Technology, I
Teresa H. Shea (formerly Deputy Chief, Link Access Programs, S33) - Chief, Tailored
Access Operations, S32
