A summary of recent events in A&P... (U)
Proliferation and Arms Control (PAC) Product Line Is Renamed the Combating
Proliferation (CP) Product Line (U//FOUO)
(U//FOUO) As of 17 April, S2G, the Proliferation and Arms Control (PAC) Product Line, has been
renamed the Combating Proliferation (CP) Product Line. The name change reflects a more
activist approach to dealing with proliferation players and aligns the PL more closely in name
with the national counterproliferation mission and partners. The PL change also aligns the
organization more closely in name with the Combating Proliferation Issue Management Team
(IMT), a key partner for the PL in making headway on the CP mission.
Analysis & Production Awards Ceremony (U)
(U//FOUO) S2 hosted the First Half FY05 A&P Awards Ceremony on Thursday, 14 April.
Approximately 164 award recipients attended the ceremony. Teams and individual were
recognized for a variety of different contributions. Congratulations to all the recipients. Awards
included cash, time-off, military passes, Letters of Appreciation and Letters of Commendation,
and Joint Service Achievement Medals (JSAMs). Thanks to all who made this a successful
ceremony. Stay tuned for the Second Half FY05 A&P Awards Ceremony to be announced at a
later date.

Personnel Moves (U)
(U//FOUO)
, Chief of the Operations Staff, will be departing S204 and joining the
NSOC as the SOO on Team 4 effective 2 May.
(U//FOUO) Fran Fleisch , Chief S2B, will be leaving S2 to become the new Foreign Affairs
Directorate (FAD) Assistant Director for SIGINT Operations effective 16 May.

and S3) is intended to keep everyone across SID up-to-date on important operational events,
