Meade, Maryland, 4-6 May 2005. The conference, hosted by NSA and the National Signals Intelligence Analysis and Production Subcommittee (NSIAPS - formerly SIRVES), will update collection managers throughout the Intelligence Community and DoD on the improvements to processes, resources, and tools available for customers and partners to influence and monitor the responsiveness of the United States SIGINT System (USSS). (U//FOUO) This year's conference is specifically designed to educate users about: the new NSIAPS charter, SIGINT Data Sharing initiatives, SIGINT usage across the Community, how the SIGINT system is postured to address customer needs, Partner Intelligence contributions, and the MARSOC build-out. Joint sessions among producers and consumers of SIGINT are planned, allowing all representatives the opportunity to make connections, improve communications, discuss areas of concern, and to understand USSS capabilities, limitations and ongoing requirements. (U//FOUO) The conference will begin at 0815 on Wednesday 4 May with Major General Quirk, Director for Signals Intelligence, serving as our kick-off speaker. Additional guest speakers, as well as special presentations, breakout sessions for special interest groups, and specific training sessions will round out the conference.
