Have a Seat, Ambassador

SUMMARY

When a U.S. ambassador visits the Signals Intelligence Directorate’s Analysis & Production International Security Issues office, they typically engage in a roundtable discussion on current issues relating to the country, and then the ambassador is given a view of the work of a SIGINT analyst at a workstation. Sometimes they can listen in to a (pre-selected) voice cut in the relevant language.
