SIGINT Policy (S02L1) rescinded the "Signals Intelligence Policy on Operation SIGINT ECI
Access," which was dated 14 February 2002.
(U//FOUO) OpSIGINT has determined that its new operating construct, which involves the
establishment of Memorandums of Agreement and Statements of Work with stakeholders, makes
