(U//FOUO) The Advanced Intelligence Research Services (AIRS) Center for Digital Content (CDC)
is the Agency-authorized Internet importation organization supporting the Agency's mission.
Information specialists in the CDC import content from the Internet to the NSA/CSS classified
network (WebWorld) for integration into the analysts' workspace and into the tools of SIGINT
production. CDC content managers further organize and process the content to enhance its
discoverability.
(U//FOUO) In addition, the CDC conducts Internet research and develops working aids and
publications, such as Untangling the Web, an Introduction to Internet Research and The
Worthwhile Web , a monthly on-line report on Internet research. It also facilitates access to
electronic commercially-licensed content, like DowVision News Service and Periscope USNI
