in-depth look at the definition and authorities of SIGINT and sets forth the vision,
mission, principles, and values related to SIGINT operations.
(U//FOUO) Cryptologic Publication 2-2, "The SIGINT Production Process" :
provides additional details on the SIGINT production process to include SIGINT
Development and Target Templating.
(U//FOUO) Cryptologic Publication 2-3, "The USSS and Its Partners" : provides
additional details on the structure, roles, and responsibilities of the SIGINT Directorate,
the Central Security Service, the field portion of the USSS, and partner organizations.
(U//FOUO) These publications have numerous diagrams and tables that explain complex
relationships and concepts and provide excellent refreshers for experienced personnel as well as
very effective tools for training new hires! They also are great public relations tools for outreach
to our customers and partners.
