(U) On Wednesday, SID today republished a look back at the events surrounding the downing of
a Korean airliner by a Soviet SU-15 (pictured) in 1983 (see that article ). Today we present a
videotape of President Reagan's televised address to the nation in the days just after the event.
He denounces the attack and plays SIGINT intercept of the Soviet air-to-ground comms:
