(S//SI) Informal Technical Notes (ITN) for Afghanistan (S//SI) A new country study on the personal communications systems in use in Afghanistan is now available on the National RF Communications Externals (COMEXT) Center web pages. The document, entitled " Personal Communications Associated with Afghanistan " (COMEXT ITN 2006-003), lists communications technologies in use and their CENOTs*. In addition, there are forecasts on which types of communications equipment the Afghan Ministry of Communications is supporting, reviews of satellite systems in use, and new developments including Afghan VoIP** service.
