NSA-Georgia Project Serves as Model for Digital Network Intelligence Operations

SUMMARY

Three obstacles can limit a team's ability to successfully do digital network intelligence work: staff with insufficient computer skills; a failure to meet with experts familiar with the target's "nuances;" and insufficient linguists to do translation work. NSA provides trainings that can alleviate some of these issues.
