(U//FOUO) Ambassador Rosapepe served as Ambassador to Romania from 1998 to 2001 in the Clinton Administration. Ambassador Rosapepe writes and speaks regularly on Euro/Atlantic economic and security issues. His articles have appeared most recently in the Wall Street Journal Europe, the Baltimore Sun, and the Washington Times. He is a former Member of the Maryland House of Delegates and is currently writing a book on "New Europe."
