A SID leader shares observations about the reporting process (when Intelligence Analysts write reports on intelligence that's been intercepted and then translated). She believes that both writers and editors of these reports should not consider their jobs secondary to other NSA work, that proper editing makes these reports impactful, and that effective feedback from editors to writers leads to better products and increased job satisfaction.
