Working closely with the Colombian government, NSA provided "strategic and real-time tactical intelligence" which lead to the capture of Jose Maria Corredor-Ibague, also known as "Boyaco," who is accused of leading an organization that trafficked cocaine on behalf of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia (FARC), and also supplied weapons to them. "The success of this effort is a testament to the critical nature of cooperation in today's cryptologic enterprise."
