Shoshana Zuboff is the author of “The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power.” This powerful new work integrates her lifelong themes: the digital revolution, the evolution of capitalism, and their implications for humanity in the 21st century. Zuboff is the Charles Edward Wilson professor emerita at Harvard Business School, and the author of the seminal “In the Age of the Smart Machine: The Future of Work and Power” and the influential “The Support Economy: Why Corporations Are Failing Individuals and the Next Episode of Capitalism” (with James Maxmin), along with many scholarly and popular articles.
Naomi Klein is a senior correspondent at The Intercept and the inaugural Gloria Steinem endowed chair of media, culture, and feminist studies at Rutgers University. She is an award-winning journalist and best-selling author, most recently of “The Battle for Paradise.” She has also written “This Changes Everything,” “The Shock Doctrine,” “No Logo” and “No Is Not Enough.”
