Ii}
c. Arrestees from yesterday were:
tb} real name is?
Ic} [preyiously arrested in IL)
Id} In order to rule out they had not drilled any holes in the plastic part ofthe
pipe with the screwdriyers they had, construction had to cut away the part of
th pipe where the protesters were
All were bonded out for $1,000
Ii} Significant because this must haye drastically decreased their funds.
They did not haye $3,000 in their current legal fund, so they may haye
had to pull from their carayan fund. They will also take a significant
financial blow when they are charged for the costs associated with the
pipe that had to be cut. In addition, the group is likely short on members
that want to participate in DAs and if they keep using the same people,
they are likely to get heightened charges.
d. and haye return from ND to join MS carayan

The MS mobile carayan is growing and both female protesters are known for

Analyst Note: This is a sign of complete desperation and shows that the protesters are
past the point of reasoning with public safety of?cials. The group that carried out this
protest on Highway 1806 is likely the same rogue faction from the Red Warrior Camp
that has been at odds with the elders over the direction and public opinion of the
protest at Standing Rock. First Responders should take extra caution in the coming
weeks due to the near completion of DAPL and the unpredictable stance of the
protesters.
