Dear Shaun, Thank you for chasing up with this and for the explanation. When I download and view our Y4 RPPR, it still incorrectly has “09/16/2020” as the “Date Submitted” in the PDF, but - as before - correctly lists “04-13-2018” as the date submitted in the Routing History field. Maybe there is a delay in eRA Commons updating the RPPR PDF? I will check again next week and let you know. Be well and a safe and healthy 2022 to you and yours! -Aleksei On Dec 30, 2021, at 10:00, Gratton, Shaun (NIH/NIAID) [E] wrote: Good Morning, We wanted to let EHA know that RPPR issues has been resolved and summarize the sequence of events. On 9/16/2020 the signing official contacted the eRA service desk about filling out the Inclusion Enrollment data. During the call the eRA service desk agent responded by reviewing the RPPR which automatically updated the RPPR inadvertently in eRA Commons. eRA has regenerated the RPPR in eRA Commons and restored the RPPR to the original submission. NIAID retained the original submission in our files as well. In the routing history in eRA Commons, it correctly shows that we submitted our report on 13 April 2018. Can you please correct this in eRA Commons? Our year 4 RPPR for (R01AI110964: PI: Daszak) was submitted via eRA Commons on 13 April 2018. Peter emailed Erik and Philip Smith on 25 April 2018 to notify of our year 4 RPPR submission. The current version of the year 4 RPPR in eRA Commons (attached) shows a submission date of 16 September 2020. I spoke with eRA Commons support and they (a) confirmed our 2018 submission date and (b) directed me to you to correct the date. Could you please update the submission date to the correct date in 2018? Call me anytime, if you have any questions. Many thanks! -Aleksei <image002.png> Aleksei Chmura, PhD Chief of Staff EcoHea th A ance 520 E ghth Avenue, Su te 1200 New York, NY 10018, USA www.ecohea tha ance.org V s t our b og: www.ecohea tha ance.org/b og EcoHealth Alliance leads cutting-edge research into the critical connections between human and wildlife health and delicate ecosystems.
