I am aware of the facts above because: (Included, but not limited to: your observations, statements of eyewitnesses, defendant's admission, etc.) THE GROUP CONTINUED NORTH ON AVENUE P WHICH LED TO A DARK AND DESERTED STREET WHICH CAN ACCESS THE REAR OF DELANEY HALL. THE GROUP BEGAN COLLECTING LARGE ROCKS AND STONES FROM A WALL OF STONES IN THE REAR, SEVERAL FEET INTO A DRIVEWAY. THEY ALSO OBTAINED A GREEN DUMPSTER AND PUSHED IT UP THE REAR DRIVEWAY. ONE OF THE NPD UNDERCOVER DETECTIVES ADVISED US THAT THE GROUP WAS PLANNING TO LIGHT THE DUMPSTER ON FIRE AND PUSH IT IN THE REAR FENCE EXIT. A PLAN WAS DEVISED TO INTERRUPT THE GROUPS CONDUCT AND DISPERSE THEM BEFORE THEY COULD HURT ANYONE OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE. NUMEROUS NPD DETECTIVES AND ESSEX COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SWAT PERSONNEL RESPONDED TO THE AREA TO MOVE THE GROUP ALONG. AS WE PULLED UP AND THEY OBSERVED OUR PRESENCE, SEVERAL UNIDENTIFIED INDIVIDUALS BEGAN DROPPING ROCKS AND STONES TO THE GROUND AND INSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER. NUMEROUS POLICE OFFICERS EXITED THEIR VEHICLES TO DISPERSE THE CROWD. 3. If victim was injured, provide the extent of the injury: DETECTIVES OBSERVED THE DUMPSTER TO BE FILLED WITH MULTIPLE ROCKS, PAPER, VARIOUS DEBRIS AND THE SMELL OF AN UNKNOWN CHEMICAL. WHILE DISPERSING THE CROWD, NUMEROUS INDIVIDUALS WERE PUSHED AWAY BY OFFICERS. BECKER WAS LOCATED AND ADVISED HE WAS BEING ARRESTED. BECKER WAS FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF 1 BLACK SPRAY PAINT CAN, 2 BLACK WALKIE TALKIES (USED TO COMMUNICATE POLICE MOVEMENT), 1 BLACK FACE MASK, AND BLACK GOGGLES.
