Cathy Scott-Clark is an award-winning investigative reporter and former foreign correspondent with the Sunday Times and The Guardian. Scott-Clark and her partner, Adrian Levy, are the authors of six nonfiction books, winning the Crime Writers’ Association Gold Dagger for “The Exile” (Bloomsbury, 2017). A ground-breaking account of Osama bin Laden’s last decade, it channeled the stories of his close family and the surviving members of Al Qaeda’s ruling council. They have produced award-winning documentaries for HBO, BBC 1, BBC 2, C4, and VICE TV and are currently adapting “The Exile” for cinema. They are also working on a feature documentary about the CIA’s Enhanced Interrogation Program with Academy Award-winning director Alex Gibney.
