Sasha Chavkin is an investigative reporter specializing in environmental crime and corruption. He is currently a Rainforest Investigations Fellow with NBC News and the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, and he was a 2021-2022 Ted Scripps Fellow in Environmental Journalism at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
